Our Mission
Our non-profit organization provides apprenticeship and skill advancement training for Carpenters, Millwrights, Piledrivers, Interior/Exterior Specialists, Scaffold Erectors and Trade Show exibition workers. Our geographical area is Oregon, Southwest Washington and Southern Idaho.

We offer,  Upgrade Training, right here in Redmond, Oregon.

Apprenticeship is a great way to start a career as a union carpenter.
The procedures and requirements for joining the apprenticeship vary from area to area.

Members of the Pacific Northwest Regional Council of Carpenters
 are entitled to training through Training Centers located Council-wide

Training is supervised by a Joint Apprenticeship Training Committee
 with members from the Union and the signatory employers.
A new member can work and take training in his/her chosen career.
Apprentices are assigned to job sites in a ratio to journeymen specified in the Master Agreement.
As an apprentices advances in the apprenticeship classes, so does the pay.

Training doesn’t end there...
Skills Enhancement classes are offered to keep our members the highest skilled workers in the craft.
